SOLARA is operated by Solara Activewear Pty Ltd (ABN pending), registered in Australia. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Solara Activewear Pty Ltd.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

You agree that all information you provide during checkout is accurate, current, and complete.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery options and timeframes.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
