We want your SOLARA order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery timeframes.

1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: $12 AUD flat rate. Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping: $18 AUD flat rate. Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Complimentary Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Typical delivery is 5–12 business days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@solaraactivewear.com and we will investigate with our carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

5. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers within Australia. Please ensure the full and correct details are entered at checkout.

6. Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and may not be able to accommodate changes once an order has been dispatched.
