We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags must be attached and packaging intact.
Items must be free of odour, deodorant marks, pet hair, and makeup.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Bundles must be returned as a complete set.
Activewear Standards
For health and hygiene reasons, certain activewear items cannot be returned once worn or if hygiene seals have been removed. We take this seriously to ensure every customer receives fresh, unworn product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, or use
- Items with removed or altered tags
How to Return
Submit a Request
Use the form above to look up your order and select the items you'd like to return. We'll review your request within 1–2 business days.
Ship Your Return
Once approved, pack items securely in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
